The Fair Hills Family of properties has something for everyone.
We prefer event bookings be made a month or more before your event, earlier is always better! Final decisions on event rentals, lodging, and food & beverage items must be completed a minimum of 15 days before your event.
Included in your conference room rental is a permanent or portable sound system (depending on what room you use and if you need it to work outdoors), an 8’ projection screen, as well as any necessary surge protectors and power cords. We have additional AV equipment available to rent. You are also welcome to bring in your own equipment.
Yes, one of our professional venue coordinators will be present for each event. Your venue coordinator is there to make sure everything functions properly, and is there to answer any questions or concerns that your group may have.

It’s simple! To secure a date for your event, a signed contract and deposit are all that you need! For contracts and pricing, please contact a venue coordinator.
Yes, our Wi-Fi is available resort wide. We also have ports in the lobby so you can hardwire in.
Many of our weddings and events travel by bus. We have a loop at Fair Hills that a bus can successfully navigate or they can park in the large parking lot at Wildflower Golf Course and we can shuttle your attendees over. If you are interested in limos or buses for your event, please contact a venue coordinator for a list of preferred vendors.
One of the perks of having your event at Fair Hills, is that it’s a one stop shop! All events are catered through our great kitchen. We figure the time you save searching for a caterer should be used for the more “fun” aspects of planning! Being all food and beverage is catered at Fair Hills Resort, we currently do not allow outside caterers. All food and beverage must be purchased through us.
Yes, we have handicap accessible meeting rooms, cabins and dining room.
Some are and some aren’t. All our meeting rooms have heat. If the meeting room doesn’t have AC, it does have lakeside windows that allow for great lake breeze ventilation.
At this time, we are a seasonal resort that is operational May through September.
