Fair Hills has several locations for every feature of your wedding; ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, dance, rehearsal dinner, gift opening and more! From intimate settings to large, lakeside spaces, we can accommodate any size wedding. All our locations are on Fair Hills property and add our tranquil and relaxing atmosphere to your event.
The Pavilion is located inside the lobby and is lakeside. It has a stage and full sound system for a band, DJ or iPod. Can be configured for a ceremony, meal or dance.
Dimensions: 34′ X 65′ and 2,210 sq. ft (including stage). Maximum capacity 300 people.
The Dining Room is a lovely space for all your dining needs and includes a sound system.
Dimensions: 100′ X 50′ and 5,000 square feet. Maximum 300 people for meal only. Maximum 150 people for meal & dance.
The Hollow is a beautiful open outdoor field centrally located on the resort grounds. It is a perfect site for a ceremony or tented event. There is power available in this space.
The deck overlooks the lake and is attached to the main lodge. Can be configured for a ceremony, cocktail hour or meal.
Dimensions: 30′ X 80′ and 2,400 sq. ft. Maximum capacity for ceremony or meal is 170.
The Library is the upper level of the main lodge. It overlooks the lake with two decks, has a large fireplace and is perfect for small intimate gatherings.
Dimensions: 26′ X 34′ and 884 sq. ft. Maximum capacity is 35 for a meal.
The Perch on Pelican
The Perch on Pelican is located lakeside on the lower level of the main lodge. It is the perfect setting for small to medium gatherings.
Dimensions: 18′ X 45′ and 810 sq. ft. Maximum 50 people.
The backdrop of Pelican Lake sets the scene for the charming Lakeside Garden area. Conveniently located within a short distance of the lobby, it’s a wonderful choice for your ceremony and/or cocktail reception.
The maximum capacity for the Lakeside Gardens is determined by use:
- Ceremony accommodates 240 people
- Cocktail Hour accommodates any size group
