Fair Hills has found that a family sharing a good meal together is a prime ingredient for a happier vacation. During our all All Inclusive Vacation Season, Fair Hills serves three meals daily to its guests. A bell rings to signal the beginning of the meal hour. The Fair Hills kitchen can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. We offer vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free choices at every meal. Beer and wine are offered for purchase at our bar during dinner.
You and your family will have an assigned table that will be your seating for the duration of your stay. If you are coming with a large party, we will give your group multiple tables to use. We typically seat tables of 10 or less. You and your family will have an assigned Waitron (our fun word for server) for the duration of your stay. Your Waitron will assist you in all things dining and we hope you get to know your Waitron well! Typically our staff comes from around the world!
For dietary restrictions and allergies, we collect all information on a form to alert the dining room and kitchen teams of your needs. The form is emailed to all future guests 3 weeks before arrival with a due date of return within one week (2 weeks prior to arrival,) so our team has time to review, prepare and ask questions if needed. Some of the favorite breakfast items include our French Toast, egg bakes and famous caramel rolls. Breakfast always offers a choice of fruit juices, toast, fresh fruit & yogurt, hot and cold cereal, pancakes, French toast, any style of eggs and breakfast meat. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and not to be missed at Fair Hills! Breakfast is served as both a full hot buffet and order off the menu for eggs and toast.
Lunch is a lighter fare. It features a salad bar stocked with all the fixings, a vegetarian hot entrée and vegetarian soup. A kids bar with a different kid-friendly item at each meal, ready to serve the second the kids enter the building hungry! The main entrees are served buffet style featuring a hot and cold option, delicious sides and homemade desserts. A variety of beverages accompany the meal.
Dinner is a full-service three course meal. Soup & salad for the appetizer. Entrees offer guests delicious plates like Minnesota walleye, steak, ranch chicken, turkey dinner or prime rib (the choices change daily). We also serve a kids bar at the dinner meal, so kids can start eating right away. The kid-friendly menu changes at each meal. Delicious homemade desserts, warm bread and a variety of beverages accompany the meal.
