All Inclusive Meals at Fair Hills Resort

All-Inclusive Meals served June 20 – August 27, 2026

At Fair Hills, we believe that sharing a great meal together is one of the most important ingredients for a truly happy vacation. Plus, it means a real vacation for the family chef! During our All-Inclusive Vacation Season, guests enjoy three freshly prepared meals each day, served family-style in our dining room. When the bell rings, it’s time to gather, connect, and enjoy.

Our kitchen is happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are offered at most every meal. Our dining room bar also serves beer and wine during lunch and dinner.

Each family is assigned a dining table for the duration of your stay, creating a comfortable, familiar place to gather at every meal. Larger parties are seated at multiple tables as needed, with most tables seating ten guests or fewer. You’ll also be assigned a dedicated Waitron (our fun Fair Hills name for your server), who will take care of your dining experience throughout your visit. We hope you’ll get to know your Waitron well—our staff comes from all around the world and loves sharing their Fair Hills experience with our guests.

To ensure we can properly prepare for dietary restrictions and allergies, all guests with special dietary needs are asked to complete a dietary form prior to arrival. This form is emailed approximately three weeks before your stay and is due back within one week (two weeks prior to arrival). This allows our dining room and kitchen teams time to review details, prepare appropriately, and reach out with any questions. Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Some of the favorite breakfast items include our French Toast, egg bakes and famous caramel rolls. Breakfast always offers a choice of fruit juices, toast, fresh fruit & yogurt, hot and cold cereal, pancakes, French toast, any style of eggs and breakfast meat. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and not to be missed at Fair Hills! Breakfast is served as both a full hot buffet and order off the menu for eggs and toast.

Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Lunch is a lighter fare. It features a salad bar stocked with all the fixings, a vegetarian hot entrée and vegetarian soup. A kids bar with a different kid-friendly item at each meal, ready to serve the second the kids enter the building hungry! The main entrees are served buffet style featuring a hot and cold option, delicious sides and homemade desserts. A variety of beverages accompany the meal.

Dinner: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Dinner is a full-service three course meal. Soup & salad for the appetizer. Entrees offer guests delicious plates like Minnesota walleye, steak, ranch chicken, turkey dinner or prime rib (the choices change daily). We also serve a kids bar at the dinner meal, so kids can start eating right away. The kid-friendly menu changes at each meal. Delicious homemade desserts, warm bread and a variety of beverages accompany the meal.
