Appetizers

We have a wonderful selection of hot and cold appetizers that can be available during cocktail hour, for a casual dinner gathering, or an evening snack. They are available for your guests to graze and serve themselves throughout the event.

Dinner

Whether dining on our deck, pavilion or in our dining room, we have many locations to host any meal plated or buffet style. Our plated meals feature a variety of chicken, pork, beef, fish, vegetarian, vegan, and kid options. Prices include a choice of salad, entree, vegetable, starch, homemade bread & rolls, water and coffee. Choose a buffet option for different styles of food options like pasta, chicken & ribs, or burgers & pulled pork. Both options are priced per person and include coffee and water for your guests.

We can accommodate most special or dietary requests. Guest meal choices are required 15 days in advance. Our chef reserves the right to make substitutions.

Dessert

Choose from our menu of individually plated dessert options, cookies and bars by the dozen, or bring in desserts from a third party vendor with a food license.

Late Night Snack

A wonderful option to keep your guests dancing all night. Please see our wedding menu to choose the perfect bites!

The Bar

Fair Hills Resort has a full liquor license and all beverages are to be purchased through us. No outside beverages are permitted in the contracted event locations. Bartenders are included in all wedding day packages and may be added on for additional events. A bar can be made available during cocktail hour, dinner, and your dance and the style of set up is chosen by you. Host beverages for your guests, have guests pay their own, or do a combination of both. Bars include house wine, cans of beers & seltzers, standard liquor & mixers with the option to order kegs, specialty wine or offer a specialty cocktail for your guests!
