Our Cabins

Fair Hills Resort has over 100 units. Most are freestanding cabins ranging from 1-4 bedrooms. A few units are set-up motel style and have connecting rooms for larger groups to maintain privacy and still remain close. There are no guest rooms in the lodge.

Our cabins are all fully modern and comfortable. When reserving, we fit the right cabin to your family’s size and needs. For large groups, we assign one cabin per family and keep you as close (or as far) as you’d like to be together at the resort. Though we have over 100 cabins, the resort is not so large that you can’t walk from one end to the other in less than two minutes, but it is large enough that you don’t feel crowded or on top of one another.

All cabins Include:

• At least one bed (twin, double, queen or king)
• Bed linens
• At least one bathroom
• Bathroom towels
• Bar Soap
• Closet with hangers and a dresser
• Table and chairs
• A Mini-Fridge
• Maid service on stays 5+ nights

Additional Items to Rent for your Cabin: 

• Portable AC Unit ($45 per night, or $135 max. charge)
• Microwave ($5 per night, or $25 max. charge – limited quantities)
• Pack-N-Play (complimentary)
• Additional Box Fans (complimentary, all rooms come with one fan standard)

Cabins do not include hair dryers, irons, ironing boards or shampoo and conditioner. These items can be requested or for sale from the front desk.

Cabins do not include telephones or televisions.  The resort does offer complimentary Wi-Fi resort wide.

The following items can be added to any cabin upon request: toilet seat riser, shower chair, bed rails, or coffee maker.

Fair Hills has nine cabins with full kitchens. These cabins include fully stocked kitchens; all you need to bring is food.

Check-In Time: 4pm

Check-Out Time: 10am

Late Arrivals: If you expect to arrive after 9pm the evening of your check-in, please call the resort and let us know. We’ll turn the lights on in your cabin and let you know if our staff will be around to greet you or if we can set you up for a remote check in.  If you are on our all inclusive meal plan, we can arrange to save dinner for you.
