All Inclusive Wedding Packages
Fair Hills has three different all inclusive packages available to make your special day perfect. We host weddings on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays (or a Wednesday if you are feeling adventurous!). Wedding packages are offered from mid-May through Father’s Day and end of August through end of September. We are not open for winter wedding dates and do not have availability at the end of June, all of July and the beginning of August.
All Inclusive Package Features
- unlimited consultations with venue coordinator
- full service staff including bartenders and servers
- access to spaces until midnight & decor removed by 8am the next day
- set up and tear down of event venue spaces by staff
- in-house and portable sound systems
- onsite ceremony in one of 5 locations +1 hour ceremony rehearsal
- indoor back-up locations for all outdoor spaces
- exclusive onsite catering & bar services with required minimums
- tables, chairs, and white or cream linen tablecloths
- place settings including plates, glasses, silverware, and linen napkins
- bar services for the night until last call at 11:45pm
- complimentary menu tasting with venue coordinator
- complimentary onsite parking & parking attendants with shuttling service
- yard games at cocktail hour and a campfire during your dance
- Complimentary cabin for the couple on the night of the wedding
- Availability to set up onsite lodging block, no deposits required
- Use of the resort for your engagement photos
- access to all resort amenities including:
- 9-hole executive golf course, frisbee golf, playground, outdoor pool & hot tub,
- non-motorized boats, and tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball courts,
- 20% discount on green fees at Wildflower Golf Course
Dirty Dancing Package
- Up to 150 Guests
- Package prices start at $2,380
- Food & beverage minimums start at $4,500 combined
Includes your choice of ceremony location, cocktail hour on the Deck, dinner & dance in the Dining Room (150 guests) or Pavilion (100 guests), and all items listed above in All Inclusive Package Features. Access to spaces begins at 10am in the Dining Room or Pavilion and 1pm for your ceremony and cocktail hour locations. Events conclude at midnight and all items must be removed by 8am the following morning. Additional rentals like the Big Pelican Pontoon, golf carts, getting ready spaces, and rehearsal dinner spaces may be added on a la carte.
Grand Tour Package
- Up to 300 Guests
- Package prices start at $3,570
- Food & beverage minimums start at $4,500 combined
Includes your choice of ceremony location, cocktail hour on the Deck, dinner in the Dining Room, dance in the Lakeside Pavilion, and all items listed above in All Inclusive Package Features. Access to spaces begins at 10am in the Dining Room and 1pm for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance locations. Events conclude at midnight and all items must be removed by 8am the following morning. Additional rentals like the Big Pelican Pontoon, golf carts, getting ready spaces, and rehearsal dinner spaces may be added on a la carte.
All Aboard Package
- Up to 300 Guests
- Package prices start at $4,165
- Food & beverage minimums start at $4,500 combined
Includes your choice of ceremony location, cocktail hour on the Deck, dinner in the Dining Room, dance in the Lakeside Pavilion, two hour rental of the 55′ Big Pelican Pontoon, and all items listed above in All Inclusive Package Features. Access to spaces begins at 10am in the Dining Room and 1pm for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance locations. Events conclude at midnight and all items must be removed by 8am the following morning. Additional rentals like golf carts, getting ready spaces, and rehearsal dinner spaces may be added on a la carte.
This package is the Grand Tour plus use of our Big Pelican Pontoon for two hours of your choosing throughout the weekend. We typically see the two hours being used for a 1.5 hour rehearsal dinner and 30 minute wedding party getaway after the ceremony. Couples may decide how they use the two hours.
