Big Pelican Boat Cruise on Pelican Lake
For business or social functions, your group will enjoy the scenic beauty of the Detroit Lakes area on a boat cruise of Pelican Lake at Fair Hills Resort. We have full food and beverage service on board, with many options to make your event unique. The Big Pelican can accommodate up to 40 guests and also has a bathroom on board.
Private Charters on Pelican Lake
Spring, summer or autumn on the lake, you’re sure to enjoy the season on our Big Pelican Cruise Ship. We have a variety of appetizers and full service meals available. It’s a great alternative for a summer brunch, corporate event or anything in between. Perfect for weddings and grooms’ dinners. The Big Pelican has been a favorite of wedding parties for years. It’s a great way to spend some time together with everyone in the family – kids and adults alike.
Public Cruises
Tuesdays throughout the summer starting the first Tuesday after Father’s Day and runs for 10 weeks. Join us on the lake for an hour-long narrated cruises. Tuesday night tours, 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Boarding begins at 4:30 p.m. Please be on time as the boat embarks promptly at 5:00 p.m. Join us for the Hootenanny & Smorgasbord dinner and show right after your cruise. Children 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult. Each cruise must have 20 reserved sailors or the cruise will be cancelled. Limited seating, reservations are required.
