  • Hootenanny & Smorgasbord

    Every Tuesday night from June 20 – August 22, 2017

    Fair Hills Resort has a long musical history. Our Tuesday night show is the longest running musical in the Midwest and in its 52nd year of featuring our talented staff. Dinner and the show are open to Fair Hills guests AND the public.

    Enjoy our smorgasbord dinner, our homage to the great Scandinavian buffet meal, from 5:30 – 7pm.

    Our famous Hootenanny show begins at 8pm. A show for all ages!

    The Hootenanny runs every Tuesday night from June 20 – August 22, 2017.

  • Deck Dining – Burger, Brats & Bars

    Saturdays throughout the summer

    Join us on our deck for a picnic overlooking Pelican Lake every Saturday. Our soda fountain is open to the public daily, but we are offering a special burger & brat menu on Saturdays from 11am – 4pm.

    Our menu includes hamburgers, cheese burgers, brats & hot dogs, complimentary sides, dessert & beverages. Or pop inside the soda fountain for ice cream or a malt!

    Don’t want to come up on the deck, no problem! Call in your order and pull up to our dock. We will deliver it to your boat!
    On rainy days, our picnic will move indoors.

  • Big Pelican Cruises

    Tuesdays throughout the summer

    Our Big Pelican 55’ pontoon boat is the jewel of Pelican Lake. It hosts social functions, dinner cruises and tours around our beautiful lake. Available to rent for private functions, The Big Pelican also runs jaunts open to the public. Join us on the lake for a popcorn & beverage boating ride! Popcorn provided, cash bar on the boat.

    Tuesday night tours, 5pm – 6pm. Boarding begins at 4:30pm. Please be on time as the boat embarks promptly at 5pm. Join us for the Hootenanny & Smorgasbord dinner and show right after your cruise.

    Children 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult.

    Each cruise must have 20 reserved sailors or the cruise will be cancelled.
