On behalf of Fair Hills Resort, we would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to all that the Pelican Lake Property Owners Association does for not only Fair Hills Resort, but for the entire Pelican Lake area.

Over the years, this association has been dedicated to making Pelican Lake a safe, clean, and happy place for not only local residents but also the tourists and folks who call Fair Hills Resort their summer vacation home. On the fourth of July, our guests and staff from across the world all agree that the fireworks show provided by the PLPOA is second to none.

Extending beyond the PLPOA, we would like to thank all the Pelican Lake and surrounding residents who’ve continued to support our family-owned resort for the last 90+ years. Whether snacking on a malt at our soda fountain, attending our Tuesday night Hootenanny show, filling up your boat at our full -service gas dock, or golfing a round at Wildflower, we greatly appreciate you stopping by.

As we’ve continued to evolve our business over the years, we sincerely value the support of new endeavors, especially our latest venture, the Perch on Pelican, a lakeside lounge for all ages, offering drink specials, snacks, live music, and local gifts and merchandise.

We are especially proud to be the chosen venue for PLPOA meetings and also allowing us to be part of other celebrations—whether that be birthday parties on the Big Pelican, weddings and anniversaries on the deck, or catering to your private events at home.

As the last resort on the lake, we love creating lifelong, cherished memories for families, and that would not be possible without the advocacy and year-round efforts of the PLPOA.
